In Other Words:
My Kids Liked Them - Hopefully Yours Will Too

Remember:  Any meal that you prepare with love will have an increased benefit to the health of your family.  The next level would be for the meal to be eaten as a family in a positive / loving atmosphere. The top level would be to combine food prepared in love, consumed in love with food that is in its original form as much as possible.

I implemented the following food rules and watched

our health improve and the happiness level in our family.

Food Rules:

Does it have 5 ingredients or less?

Can all of the ingredients be easily pronounced?

Is it naturally made?

If the answer to any of the questions was no then we asked ourselves if this was really something that we wanted to put into our bodies.  Eventually, this became a grocery store game with my children.
